Bike riding and working days.

Loving going for bike rides in this amazing British summer lol. Plenty of
mud to be found.

In the last month or so, I left my night job and now have a job where I spend all day outside and it’s very physical. I have been working nights since before I started my juicy health kick over 5 years ago, and even though I have lost a tonne of weight and cure myself of asthma, eczema and other things, I still didn’t feel 100%…I was always around 80%. If I had a week off and would be back to sleeping days then I would feel about 90% after getting over the “jet lag” from nights.

Since properly working days and sleeping like human beings should at night, I now feel 100% fantastic, my eyes aren’t pink and sore and achy anymore and I sleep soooo well.

A couple of weeks ago I went to my gym that has absolutely no windows, just air conditioning. It was a really nice sunny day (for once!). As I was getting changed to do my workout I thought to myself “why am I driving to a gym, with no windows and fake air to then go and run on a treadmill?
I started getting that feeling in my eyes that I had working nights in artificial lighting and it started to annoy me so I walked straight out of the changing room and quit the gym that I’ve been going to for years.

I have a weight bench at home, and I now go for runs and bike rides outside. After doing my workout outside, I feel really mellow and light, something I never used to get from a gym.

I always wondered how I would feel working days with the juicing and high nutrient lifestyle. Now I know and it’s bloody fantastic.
